This retreat is for you that want to deepen your relationship with eachother. You will both have an opportunity to heal old childhood wounds that create your patterns towards eachother, to be more autentic and vulnerbar. Create something new from the present.
You will get powerful tools for a new communication and understanding of eachother.
In this powerful nature here in the northern part of Norway we will use the elements earth, water, fire and air to dive deep into your relationship. To be able to be seen and heard from your loved one. We will let nature and processes cleanse the old and give you a fresh start. Come back into the true feminine and masculine power.
This is how a day at the retreat can look like:
-Morning breath work and a guided meditation
-Breakfast
-Processes in nature and time to reflect, heal and learn.
-Lunch and time for integration
-Separate groups for men and women to reconnect to their true essence of the feminine and masculine power through different practices like movement, hikes, cold baths and more.
-Ceremonies like fire ceremony, cacao ceremony, drum journeys and sound healing
-Dinner together as a closure for the day.
There will be time for rest in nature, ocean baths, infra saunas and creativity.
All food is prepared by Annika and Erik with a high vibe and healthy touch.
The journey is guided by Annika Panotzki and Erik von Schoultz
Annika has many years of experience holding shamanic trainings, circles and retreats for both women and men. She has been on this path for 20 years and has supported many souls in thriving into their own power, wisdom and hearts. She has an expertise in the teachings of the feminine and masculine power. How to weave them together into one force.
Erik has a long experience in breathwork, nature healing and non violence communication. He has been assisting many groups and souls on their journey.
Together as a couple they have been deepening their own journey with finding the best tools for communication, compassion and the dance between the polarity powers. They live by a strong commitment into holding unconditional love.

To secure your spot you have a registration fee for 4500SEK that is not refundable.
The rest of your payment need to be paid 1 month before the retreat.
If you would like to split the payment over a longer period of time, please contact us.
If you want to cancel your spot you need to do this the latest 2 weeks before the retreat to get your payment back. Please note that the registration fee 4500SEK is not refundable.

What's included in the fee:
- All meals during the days included snacks, coffee and all day access to our tea-bar. All meals are prepared by Annika Panotzki that has skills as a holistic chef with high vibe foods, herbs and super-foods.
- A stay in a shared double room. Cozy newly renovated rooms.
- Morning breath work and qigong with Erik.
- Ceremonies with all materials, processes, hikes and lectures during the days.

What is not included in the price:
Flight, train or bus is not included.
